Warranty Concerns
aedstore.ae provides an eight-year warranty against manufacturing faults for its MAIN AED equipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at (info@defibrillators.ae) if you believe the product you've received has a manufacturing defect.
there is no warranty for consumables or parts such as pads, batteries, cabinets, case, etc.
We presume that the manufacturer alone decides whether to repair or replace an equipment under warranty if it has been opened and used.
The manufacturer may be able to fix all primary AEDs with functional problems that have outlived the manufacturer's warranty period. This policy varies by company, with each manufacturer establishing their own diagnostic fee.
Instruction & Education
We offer free shipping for UAE based buyers, and we may give instructional videos for training and education
We do not offer delivery (Western Region of the UAE), however we can give instructional videos if necessary. or they are welcome to purchase from our stores in Dubai, or we can deliver to the major UAE cities of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman.
Training and instruction for consumers outside the UAE will be provided online or, if necessary, via educational videos.
International Purchases
The customer is responsible for cshipping fee, alculating, handling, and paying any applicable taxes (please contact us to establish the delivery price for orders outside UAE).
We will apply Warranties to all machines purchased from aedstore.ae; however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for repair and returning the machine(s) to the customer.
