On their main AED machine units, aedstore.ae provides an eight-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us as soon as possible at (info@defibrillators.ae) if you believe the product you've received has a manufacturing defect.

We will only accept returns of AED machines with manufacture problems. Please notify us if the product you purchased contains defective materials or craftsmanship. Please email (info@defibrillators.ae)

In the United Arab Emirates, only aedstore.ae may be able to fix AEDs with functioning difficulties that have beyond the manufacturer's warranty period.
